A variety of function packages, inclusive of Venue Hire, Waiters, Barman, Coordinating Manager, Glassware, Linen (white or cream tablecloths).     
The packages does not include: drapings, overlays, sashes, chair covers, center pieces, DJ, however, the coordinators will assist to finalise a unforgettable event at Amanzingwe Lodge at NO additional charge.

Special dietary requirements, Vegetarian and Halaal, will be quoted on as per request.

• Children under 2 – no charge
• Children under 12 will be quoted at a special rate

Bar Arrangements
Full bar facilities are available, a limit can be set or confirm a cash bar if you wish.
Liquor pricing will be as per those, ruling at the date of the event, prices are subject to escalation after 90 days from date of deposit.

The Waterbok –   affording a spectacular view over the Magalies Mountain range
comfortably seats a maximum of 180 guests at round tables and encompasses a dance floor, buffet area, private bar and sufficient space to accommodate a entertainer, disco or live band.
